This group is for men ages 30+ who want to learn to trust and connect with other men in a space that is supportive of their emotional experiences and who are eager to learn how to deepen their connections with themselves and others, improve interpersonal skills and increase distress tolerance, learn to fully embrace their value, and want the company and support of like-minded individuals who, like themselves, are eager to make their lives more meaningful and happier.
Time: Mondays, 8 AM – 9:15 AM
Requirements to Start: A consultation with Dr. Scott is required prior to starting the group. All new members are required to attend all four sessions of The Relationship Workshop: The Essentials to be eligible for the group.
Location: Online via Zoom
Cost: $110/session, with 3-month commitment
This group is for anyone over 21, of all genders and sexual orientations who want to learn to trust and connect with others in a space that is supportive of their emotional experiences, and who are eager to learn how to deepen their connections with themselves and others, improve interpersonal skills and increase distress tolerance, learn to fully embrace their value, and want the company and support of like-minded individuals who, like themselves, are eager to make their lives more meaningful and happier.

This group is for gay and bisexual men ages 21+ who want to increase self-awareness, want more connection in their interpersonal relationships, improve feelings of belongingness and relatedness to other gay and bisexual men and explore issues related to coming out, discrimination, and aging. Some of the issues regularly addressed in the group include: fears of conflict, relationship and communication skills, dating issues, sexual fears/dysfunctions/ compulsivities, intimacy issues, depression and anxiety, body image and self-esteem, family of origin issues, and interpersonal skills. It’s okay to talk about anything and everything that is of concern to you!
Time: Thursdays, 2 PM- 3:15 PM
